Refund & Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns except in the following cases:

Refunds will be issued only for:

  • Full event cancellation (with no reschedule).
  • Duplicate or accidental payment within 24 hours (must provide valid proof).
  • Product defects or wrong item received for merchandise (T-Shirts), reported within 7 days of delivery.

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Change of mind (tickets or products).
  • Artist lineup changes.
  • Weather-related issues (event will proceed rain or shine).
  • Incorrect size orders (T-Shirts) if the correct item was delivered.

Refund Request Process:

  • All refund requests must be sent to alokanaverse@gmail.com within 7 days of the eligible situation.
  • Please include your order ID, payment reference, and a clear explanation of the issue.
